Senior Test Lead

Lead the testing work in several parallel procurement and implementation projects at one of Sweden's largest public healthcare organizations.

About the client

The assignment is with one of Sweden's largest public healthcare organizations. Currently, several parallel projects are underway within business support, including a new POS system, system support for reuse, a new HR module, and an energy monitoring system. The testing work is led according to an established testing process using ReQtest and Azure DevOps as tools.

About the role

You act as a sub-project manager responsible for the testing work, on behalf of the main project manager and IT project manager. You plan and coordinate functional tests, acceptance tests, technical tests, system integration tests, accessibility tests, and regression tests, together with testers in the projects and with the suppliers.

What you will do

Lead and be responsible for the testing work in several parallel projects

Identify and analyze testing needs and test case design together with testers

Coordinate testing activities with suppliers and project resources

Report status, risks, defects, and deviations to the project management

Create test documentation according to the organization's testing process

Who we are looking for

Requirements

ISTQB certification

At least three years of experience as a test lead

Experience of projects within publicly governed healthcare

Practical experience with the testing tool ReQtest

Very good Swedish in speech and writing, good English

You can work on-site in Göteborg

Meritorious

Practical experience of Azure DevOps

Experience from large, complex project environments and agile working methods
