About the client A global medical technology company that is splitting its operations into two independent companies. The separation is being carried out in SAP S/4HANA in a Logical Separation program with several functional streams, a central PMO, and teams in multiple countries.

Your tasks

Lead an SAP stream through a global corporate split, from integration and testing to cutover and hypercare.

About the role You will lead the Sales & Supply Chain stream and be responsible for ensuring that IT delivery holds steady all the way to go-live. You will work closely with SAP management, the PMO, and the business, and you will own the plan for your stream and the dependencies on others.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the split's impact on Sales and Supply Chain: configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and stability after go-live
• Plan and coordinate deliveries within the stream and towards other streams
• Manage dependencies, risks, and milestones, and escalate to the PMO when decisions are needed
• Manage transports, environments, and defects according to the program's SAP and IT standards
• Drive execution agilely in JIRA and sequence the backlog together with the PMO and the business
• Plan for SIT, cutover, and hypercare

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in SAP project delivery in global environments
• Experience leading SAP deliveries within Sales & Distribution or Supply Chain through integration, SIT, cutover, and hypercare
• Experience with change and transformation in an international matrix organization with geographically dispersed teams
• Master's degree in business, engineering, or science
• Working on-site in Göteborg part of the week
• Very good English in speech and writing
