About the client The client is one of the larger players in banking and insurance in Sweden, with millions of customers interacting with the company digitally every day. Currently, they are building new digital customer channels from the ground up as part of a joint initiative.

At the center is a platform team that owns the foundation: a shared frontend platform based on micro frontends, upon which several development teams within the group build their business functions. Work is carried out in a scaled agile model according to SAFe, with Azure DevOps as the toolchain.

Your tasks

About the role You will join as a senior frontend developer in the platform team. The team is small and tight-knit, and the other development teams depend on you for onboarding and support.

Here, you don't just build features; you participate in shaping how a critical platform continues to evolve. You combine your own development work with guiding other teams, and your experience will serve as a role model for how to build upon the platform.

What you will do

• Further develop the shared frontend platform together with the team
• Develop and improve the integration of web content into mobile apps, working closely with mobile developers
• Contribute to the platform's security through secure development and continuous improvements
• Build tests and tools that simplify development and integration for other teams
• Support development teams with guidance and practical development work
• Document usage, guidelines, and technical decisions
• Work with CI/CD and backlog in Azure DevOps

Requirements

The role is suitable for you who likes to improve things step by step, takes responsibility for quality and details, and thrives with clear priorities and focused work.

• At least eight years of experience in frontend development, with React and TypeScript
• Experience working according to SAFe, preferably with certification such as Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, or SASE
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and working in Azure Boards
• Experience in supporting and collaborating closely with other development teams
• Swedish as a native language and fluent English
• Ability to work at the office in Stockholm half of the working time

• Frontend platform built on micro frontends
• Integration of web content into mobile apps
• Native development for iOS or Android, for example Swift or Kotlin
• Test automation for frontend, for example Playwright, Cypress, or Jest
• Webpack or similar build tools, as well as basic UX and Figma
• RESTful API:er
