REF-057 | System Developer within Healthcare

TotalAgility System Developer – Stockholm A major healthcare actor in Stockholm is moving its management of healthcare information from document-centric storage to an information-based solution built on CDR, openEHR, and FHIR. The existing TotalAgility platform is currently used for scanning, OCR interpretation, metadata management, and distribution of healthcare documents, and will now be further developed and integrated with the new CDR platform. The assignment also includes handling historical patient information in connection with the phasing out of the current main electronic health record system. You will be the one making the technical adaptations of the TA flows.

What you will do Further develop existing TotalAgility flows and adapt them to upcoming CDR flows

Build integrations between TotalAgility and the CDR platform via API-based flows

Map metadata between existing MLT indexes and the future information model

Build transformation flows towards openEHR- and FHIR-adapted information flows

Integrate TotalAgility against external registries and quality assure the information

Produce technical analysis, target images, mapping specifications, and technical documentation

Requirements At least 7 years of experience with Kofax-Tungsten TotalAgility, including 2026.x, Multi Tenancy, AI Document Agents against LLM, and integration via webservice/RestAPI

Experience of document and metadata management

Experience of OCR flows

Experience of integration development and API-based integrations

Experience of information mapping and transformation flows

Experience of openEHR and FHIR

Experience of healthcare information platforms

Experience of Forms+ within healthcare

Experience of container-based platforms and Kubernetes environments

At least 7 years of experience of Xml/Xslt/XPath and Json RestAPI

Experience of VB.Net, VB Script, and C#

Competence level 4: normally 9–12 years of experience in the field, of which at least 2 years at level 3

Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing

Two reference assignments of at least six consecutive months, conducted within the last three years, which together cover integration development, API-based integrations, information mapping and transformation flows, openEHR and FHIR, as well as work in a complex organization

Meritorious At least 5 years of experience of CDR solutions

At least 7 years of experience of information modeling within healthcare

At least 7 years of experience of Scan-to-CDR flows

At least 5 years of experience of metadata harmonization

At least 7 years of experience of integration against various platforms for document processes
