Your tasks

We are looking for a senior DevOps Engineer who takes full responsibility for the CI/CD environment behind both embedded systems and cloud services, at a global industrial company with its own product development in the Gothenburg area.

About the role You own the CI/CD infrastructure. The focus lies on a local platform with Jenkins, Docker, and Gerrit for embedded development, supplemented with Azure DevOps for web services deployed in AWS and Azure. You translate high-level goals into your own plans and prioritize the work yourself. A high degree of technical ownership with a short path to the developers.

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and further develop the local CI/CD environment with Jenkins, Docker, and Gerrit
• Build Jenkins pipelines and automation in Groovy and Python
• Integrate static code analysis, such as CodeChecker and cppcheck, into the build and review flow
• Develop Azure DevOps pipelines for web services in AWS and Azure
• Improve stability, performance, security, and scalability in the build environment
• Document and support the developers with the tools

Requirements

• At least five years of practical experience in DevOps and CI/CD
• Deep knowledge of Jenkins pipeline-as-code, declarative and scripted Groovy, as well as Shared Libraries
• Very good experience with Docker and container-based build environments
• Gerrit or an equivalent code review flow integrated with CI
• Python for automation as well as good Linux system administration
• Working on-site in the Gothenburg area, fluent English

• Azure DevOps Pipelines in YAML
• Deployment to both AWS and Azure
• Static code analysis in pipelines, such as CodeChecker, cppcheck, or SonarQube
• Background in embedded or automotive-related development
• Swedish
