We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and people-focused People & Culture Business Partner to play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality, forward-thinking HR service, working as part of strong People team.

You may be an experienced Senior HR Advisor ready to take the next step into a Business Partner role, or for an established HR Business Partner looking to broaden their experience within a values-led organisation.

Working closely with business leaders and colleagues, you will provide expert guidance, support positive employee relations, and help drive organisational change that enables the business and staff to thrive.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations issues, including attendance, performance, conduct, grievance and capability matters.
  • Supporting leaders through organisational change and transformation programmes.
  • Building strong and trusted relationships with leaders and colleagues across the local sites.
  • Identifying and mitigating organisational risk through sound HR practice.
  • Contributing to People & Culture projects that drive continuous improvement and positive change.
  • Promoting a culture that reflects the business values and supports employee engagement, wellbeing and development.

Experience needed:

We are looking for a confident and credible HR professional who thrives on building relationships, influencing positive outcomes and providing practical, solution-focused advice.

You will have:

  • Proven experience across all aspects of operational HR delivery.
  • A strong understanding of employment legislation and the confidence to apply it effectively in practice.
  • Experience managing a varied employee relations caseload independently.
  • The ability to support and contribute to HR projects and initiatives that improve organisational performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Most importantly, you will be collaborative, approachable and resilient, while also being comfortable working independently. This role involves regular visits to the local sites you support, making relationship-building and partnership working central to your success.
