Global Business Process Owner P2P (M/F)

Reporting to the Group Supply Chain Director, with a functional link to the Purchasing Department, you are the owner of the Procure-to-Pay process across the entire global scope.

Your missions:

Governance and operational management

• Assume ownership of supplier data and Purchase Information Records (prices, contracts, incoterms), ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance, including transport
• Maintain and enrich the P2P core model according to business needs
• Supervise supplier invoice management and compliance with processing deadlines
• Drive supply planning for purchasing, raw materials, and packaging, based on requirements and MRP outputs
• Design and evolve Power BI dashboards for monitoring commitments and performance
• Validate and administer subcontracting, trading, and intercompany flows across all BUs
• Act as key user for goods receipt processes

Community animation

• Guarantee the application of the P2P core model throughout the organization
• Lead the key user community: operational support, helpdesk, training, and onboarding of new hires

Transformation roadmap

• Deploy MRP processes at production sites
• Improve supplier OTIF through process optimization
• Contribute to the construction of the process book documenting standards and workflows
• Support SAP roll-outs in Europe, Middle East, and APAC
• Drive the transition to SAP S/4 HANA for the P2P component

Performance measurement

• Define, monitor, and report process KPIs, with a focus on supplier OTIF
• Lead SAP deployment projects in compliance with deadlines, budgets, and objectives

The position is based in Antony (92), with a minimum presence of two days per week at headquarters. Applications from Lyon, Nantes, or other regions are therefore possible, subject to this commitment. Some travel is to be expected during implementation phases, particularly for UATs.

In short, you will be the owner of the group's global P2P process, with the responsibility to build it, harmonize it, and transition it to S/4 HANA.

To thrive and succeed in this position, we will require you to demonstrate:

• Higher education in supply chain, management, or equivalent. An APICS or Six Sigma certification is a plus
• 5 to 7 years minimum of experience in a Procure-to-Pay or purchasing scope within an industrial environment, ideally in a matrix organization
• Previous experience as a Business Process Owner, an important condition given the nature of the role, which is to be built
• Real practice of SAP ECC6. Advanced expertise is not required, but mastery of transactions and tool functionality is indispensable. Knowledge of S/4 HANA is a real asset
• A good understanding of MRP systems and supply planning processes
• A culture of operational purchasing: consultations, negotiation, RFP
• An appetite for data and analytics, with practice in Power BI
• Fluent English, as the working environment is international
