Industrial Site Buyer - CDD (M/F)

Reporting directly to the Site Purchasing Manager, you will join a Supply management department organized into four hubs (planning, replenishment, purchasing, warehouse). You will work across all standard and leverage purchasing categories (direct, indirect, project), with regular interactions with the group's purchasing teams.

Your missions:

• Identify and qualify suppliers in compliance with pharma standards (GMP, GDP, quality audits)
• Manage tenders and sourcing actions, particularly for strategic single-source raw materials, to secure a second supplier and strengthen negotiation leverage
• Negotiate contractual conditions (price, lead times, incoterms, SLAs)
• Optimize costs while guaranteeing quality and compliance with internal requirements
• Ensure fluid communication with the replenishment department to maintain order continuity
• Evaluate supplier performance (competitiveness, OTIF, quality, compliance, service)
• Deploy and enforce the site's purchasing procedures
• Participate in group purchasing projects and meetings (multi-site initiatives, group directives)

Position based in Dreux.

In short, you will be the operational right hand of the Purchasing Manager to structure and secure the purchasing function of a pharmaceutical industrial site undergoing full transformation.

To thrive and succeed in this position, we will require you to demonstrate:

• A Bac+4/5 degree in purchasing, supply chain, or international trade
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a demanding industrial environment (pharma, automotive, aeronautics, agri-food)
• Essential mastery of Excel
• Good proficiency with an ERP (type Sage) and, ideally, tools such as Power BI or AI are appreciated
• Operational English, to communicate with international suppliers and group teams.
