*About Us*
LYNKED is the Enterprise Operating System for Utility-Intensive Properties. Through two integrated layers ? LYNKED Infrastructure, which brings together meters, gateways, and communications technology across water, gas, electrical, and thermal systems, and LYNKED Intelligence, the software layer that controls, manages, and operates that infrastructure ? the platform transforms raw utility data into actionable intelligence for the properties and operators that rely on it.
The LYNKED platform supports more than 500,000 meters from LYNKED and other manufacturers across more than 3,500 buildings. LYNKED brings together decades of experience in metering, utility services, and operational technology.
Join a team that is building the infrastructure behind smarter, more efficient buildings.

*What You'll Do*
As a DevOps Engineer at LYNKED, you will own the cloud infrastructure and deployment ecosystem that powers our IoT platform and smart metering products. Reporting to the DevOps Team Lead, you will work with a high degree of autonomy and collaborate closely with the software development and QA teams. You will:
? Manage and maintain LYNKED?s AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, ECR, S3, and related services
? Monitor cloud system performance, availability, and reliability; respond to incidents and drive resolution
? Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins) to support reliable, repeatable deployments across environments
? Support infrastructure-as-code practices (e.g., Terraform) to help automate provisioning and configuration
? Assist with cloud networking and IAM configuration (VPCs, security groups) alongside senior team members
? Monitor logs, metrics, and alerts using tools such as CloudWatch; identify patterns and proactively address risks before they become incidents
? Support cloud cost visibility and optimization ? tracking usage, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements
? Manage containerized services using Docker and support deployment of containerized workloads
? Collaborate with developers and the QA Engineer to support release management, test environment provisioning, and deployment quality
? Provide support for integration testing where needed ? helping validate deployments and infrastructure changes alongside the QA Engineer
? Document infrastructure configurations, runbooks, and operational procedures to support continuity and team knowledge
? Contribute to improving deployment automation, cloud best practices, and operational tooling over time
*What We're Looking For*
? 2?4 years of experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
? Experience using AWS services (e.g., EC2, ECR, S3) ? enough to navigate the environment and troubleshoot issues; deep specialization is not required
? Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins
? Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or equivalent)
? Experience with Docker and containerized deployment environments
? Comfort working within a Linux environment
? Working knowledge of cloud networking concepts: VPCs, IAM, security groups, and routing
? Experience with monitoring and alerting platforms (CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog, or similar)
