Physique 57 - A premium fitness studio franchise from New York City, USA, is recruiting team members Customer Service & Sales Associate (ลูกค้าสัมพันธ์และประสานงานขาย) For all 4 branches: Erawan, Sathorn, Sukhumvit 49, and Sukhumvit 24

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide service to members exercising at the studio
• Provide information on activities, recommend classes, sell fitness packages, and products both at the studio and through online systems, including processing sales in the system and coordinating with relevant team members
• Maintain the customer base by building good relationships with customers
• Handle documentation and reports as assigned
• Coordinate with trainers
• Oversee the overall orderliness of the studio

Benefits:

• Salary based on experience + OT (in case of overtime or special shifts) starting from 18,000 – 25,000 per month

Full-time job: Can work in shifts - 5 days a week, 2 days off

Qualifications:

1. Vocational Diploma (ปวส.) or higher; experience in sales will be given special consideration
2. Female / Male, age 24 - 35 years old
3. Good communication skills; able to communicate in English
4. Good personality and interpersonal skills, calm, and has a service mind
5. Adaptable with good problem-solving skills and quick wit
6. Enjoys exercising, enjoys learning, and enjoys service
7. Full-time job: Can work in shifts - 5 days a week, 2 days off
8. Able to work as a team
9. Meticulous and most importantly able to take responsibility for work independently
