AI & Business Process Transformation Manager

About the Role Luxury Hospitality is looking for a hands-on AI & Business Process Transformation Manager to drive digital transformation across FF&E, OS&E, Procurement, Sales, and Pre-Opening operations. This role is ideal for someone who can identify business problems, redesign processes, implement AI and automation solutions, train teams, and measure results . Key Responsibilities Identify and implement practical AI use cases across departments.

Redesign and automate manual business processes and workflows.

Implement AI-assisted solutions for RFQs, vendor quotations, reporting, documentation, and follow-ups .

Design and optimize CRM structures, pipelines, and business data .

Build automation using tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate , or similar.

Improve reporting, data visibility, and management decision-making.

Develop SOPs and train teams on newly implemented systems.

Monitor adoption and measure time, cost, and productivity improvements .

Work closely with department heads to identify and implement transformation opportunities.

3–7 years of experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, CRM implementation, automation, or related fields.

Proven experience building and implementing real AI, automation, CRM, or workflow solutions.

Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms.

Strong CRM and data-structure knowledge.

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and drive projects from idea → implementation → adoption .

Experience in hospitality, procurement, construction, real estate, or B2B is an advantage.
