Coach team members to improve selling skills, close sales, and meet KPIs

Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends

Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines

Follow all store and stockroom operational procedures

Requirement: Relevant experience in a Supervisory or Assistant Store Manager role within the retail fashion industry

Experience working in a fast paced retail environment
