You will be working on Treasury/ALM applications and taking care of day-to-day BAU operations (L1/L2) of multiple apps. You will be closely associated with business and be a contact point to provide functional and technical support on Kondor+ platform as well as other in-house developed systems serving TSY and ALM operations. You will also liaise with business analysis and development teams to plan and manage priorities, highlight blockers and critical issues. You will also be instrumental in optimizing the current procedures, ensure system resiliency with strong focus on continuous improvement. Provide support and mentor junior staff. Align yourself with bank’s initiatives and strategies.

Your tasks

• Envisioning and preparing the Bank’s futures information systems
• Partnering and supporting core banking flagships and transverse areas in their large scale development projects.
• Providing premium In-house Banking applications,

• Provide functional and technical expertise on KONDOR+, Orchestrade and other in-house bank applications.
• Requests management (users and others IT teams)
• Operations management
• Application monitoring
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Must be able to mentor new/junior resources, impart knowledge and collaborate effectively within TSY and whole CMI.
• Self-motivated and starter with demonstrated ability to lead initiatives explore latest market standards and tools to gain time and cost efficiency.
• Flexibility to accept additional responsibilities and be able to multi-task.
• The Support analyst should have a pro-active mindset in security, incident preventive measures, productivity and global improvement of the quality of service.
• Must be flexible to participate in post business hours activities such as but not limited to overnight on-calls, weekend interventions, DRP, releases and other application activities that can be performed only outside the business duration/weekends.

• Master degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.
• 3+ years of experience and strong knowledge on KONDOR+ application, Orchestrade or another treasury FO system in Capital Markets
• ITIL certification/knowledge.
• Should be able to do SLA & KPI management, Client communication & interaction
• Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
• Risk analysis and project execution
• Strong knowledge in Configuration Management
• Strong knowledge in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Careful observance of standards and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical or troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Autonomous, self-motivated and excellent team player
• Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management
• Self-starter and ambitious

• Knowledge of major market regulatory body’s rules is an advantage
• Exposure to Capital Markets applications (E.g. Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso…) is an advantage
• Knowledge in Capital Market FO/BO environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of C# / .NET an advantage
• Knowledge of monitoring solution like ITRS Geneos is an advantage
