Cocoup Furniture is a growing furniture company dedicated to providing quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a motivated and communicative Sales Showroom to join our sales team.
Your tasks
- Assist customers in the showroom with product inquiries, selection, and purchases
- Provide product information, pricing, and promotions clearly and professionally
- Handle customer orders, follow-ups, and after-sales support
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to meet sales targets
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers
- Assist with basic administrative and reporting tasks related to sales
Requirements
- Femalee
- Minimum D3 diploma; Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented, proactive, and customer-friendly attitude
- Willing to work in Tangerang
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / messaging apps)
- Experience in retail or the furniture industry is an advantage
