AS A SANTA CLAUS IN Rovaniemi City Center – SANTA CLAUS CITY OFFICE IS SEEKING A SANTA CLAUS!

Do you want to bring joy and create unforgettable encounters as Santa Claus? Santa Claus City Office is seeking a Santa Claus for Lordin aukio in the center of Rovaniemi for the season 1.11.2026–31.3.2027.

WORKING SHIFTS AND OPPORTUNITIES There are evening shifts available every day from 16–21 or 16–22. On Saturdays and Sundays, morning shifts are also available.

We primarily hope to find a Santa Claus who is able to work many shifts. For a suitable person, a good salary and the opportunity to make the Santa Claus work a full-time job for the duration of the season are available.

However, shifts can also be shared among a team of several Santa Clauses, as was the case last year. Therefore, you do not need to be able to work all the shifts – even a few shifts a week or occasional relief work is a valuable help to us. The work can easily be done alongside your own job, and you can start by getting acquainted with the task for a few shifts.

WHAT IS THE WORK LIKE? In the work of a Santa Claus, the most important thing is a warm encounter and creating a good mood. You will meet children and adults from all over the world, chat with them, and be part of their Christmas memories.

The work is joyful and people-oriented, and you get to use your own personality and humor. A relaxed, positive atmosphere where both employees and visitors feel comfortable is important to us.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a warm-hearted, calm, and customer-service-oriented person who naturally embodies the role of Santa Claus. We value a convincing Santa Claus presence, life experience, and the ability to encounter both children and adults.

Basic English skills are sufficient – you do not need to know perfect grammar or fluent English. Most of our customers also speak English as a foreign language, so you will get far with ordinary school English and the courage to talk. All other language skills are a plus!

International and English-speaking applicants are also warmly welcome. Previous experience is not necessary, as we will provide orientation for the task. Orientation will begin soon, and its start will be agreed upon with you.

WORKPLACE Santa Claus City Office, Lordin aukio, Rovaniemi. The work takes place in a warm Santa Claus cabin brought to the square for the season.
