The position:

Mission context:

• The department is in charge of designing the client's technical solutions in the fields of connectivity and unified communications.
• The client handles more than 300 client projects per year for Key Accounts and Enterprise clients in France.

• 3 roles make up these teams: Client Technical Expert, Client Technical Director, and Client Solutions Architect.

Tasks to perform:

• Support the client on strategic and/or innovative projects. You will occasionally contribute to Pre-Sales and participate in technical presentations.
• Lead or participate in transverse transformation projects, in order to develop activity within the entity and respond to the technological challenges of tomorrow.

• Ensure technical governance for the client: organization and facilitation of architecture committees, regular follow-up meetings.
• Be the guarantor of the end-to-end technical solution.

• Lead the various technical teams working on the project.
• Support and advise the client in their transformation projects.

• Respond to pre-sales requests from our clients, on the technical side and in connection with the sales teams.
