Energy Efficiency Specialist, Oulu

Your core task in this role is to help our customers improve the energy efficiency of their properties and reduce the emissions caused by them. You are responsible for energy monitoring as well as the implementation of energy efficiency audits and inspections, reporting, and project planning. You will participate in implementing energy-saving measures and projects identified based on audits and will actively produce new ideas to extend the life cycle of properties. You will work independently in the customer interface, but also in close cooperation with Luotea's energy team, which operates throughout Finland. Occasional business trips are therefore part of your job when we visit our customers on-site. However, we work flexibly according to a hybrid model, providing you with partial remote work opportunities.

To succeed and enjoy the task, you have a relevant university degree and experience in property energy efficiency, building technology, or expert roles in the energy sector. Your background could be, for example, in property technology, building technology, HVAC design, energy management, or energy efficiency development.

You understand the energy use of buildings and the opportunities for energy efficiency development, and you have experience in, for example, energy efficiency audits, energy management, energy monitoring systems (e.g., EnerKey), or the design and optimization of building technology systems. To ensure your reporting and the presentation of your observations to the customer run smoothly, you master the use of Excel and PowerPoint well, in addition to English.
