IT Internship - Florence

Main responsibilities:

• Operational support to internal users for hotel and corporate applications;
• Monitoring and managing application requests via a ticketing platform;
• Collaboration with suppliers and technological partners to resolve issues and implement new functionalities;
• Support in integration projects between corporate systems (PMS, POS, CRM, ERP, and other management platforms);
• Execution of functional tests and support during the testing phases of new applications or software releases;
• Analysis of business processes and collection of functional requirements to support IT projects.

Desired requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines;
• Interest in the world of business applications and digital transformation;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
• Problem-solving attitude and strong orientation toward the internal customer;
• Precision, organization, team working, listening skills and effective communication, proactivity and spirit of initiative, result orientation.

Passion, enthusiasm, a tendency to smile, a desire to grow professionally, elegance not only in appearance, and a love for the city of Florence are also required.

• Duration: 6 months
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Location: Borgo S.S. Apostoli 29, Florence
• Reimbursement: €750 expense reimbursement + €7 meal voucher
