Biostatistician to the Clinical Memory Research group
Description of the research group
The research group Clinical Memory Research at the Department of Clinical Sciences Malmö conducts leading research on biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative diseases, such as Lewy body dementia and Parkinson's disease. The research, which has received international recognition through the BioFINDER projects, has for several years been at the forefront of the field of fluid-based biomarkers and brain imaging, enabling early and accurate detection, diagnosis, and prognosis of disease.
The group is led by Associate Professor Sebastian Palmqvist and Associate Professor Niklas Mattsson-Carlgren and consists of research and technical/administrative staff. The workplace is located at Biomedicinskt centrum (BMC) in Lund.
We collaborate closely with the Memory Clinic at Skånes universitetssjukhus in Malmö, where several of our researchers also work clinically. You can read more about our exciting research here
