We are currently recruiting for an experienced Optical Pre-Screener to join a professional and welcoming team in Brighton .

The Role

• Carry out pre-screening and diagnostic testing confidently and accurately
• Perform visual field testing, OCT and other pre-screening procedures
• Record accurate patient information and test results
• Work closely with Optometrists and the wider clinical team
• Provide a professional, friendly and reassuring experience for every patient
• Support the smooth running of the practice
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical procedures

We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Optical Pre-Screener or Optical Assistant
• Experience carrying out pre-screening and diagnostic testing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A professional, friendly and patient-focused approach
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
• The ability to work confidently in a busy optical environment
