Office Ambassador (1 year fixed term contract, hourly paid)

As our new Office Ambassador, you will become part of the People & Workplace team based in Copenhagen, and you will report to Heidi while working to make Lunar's office a place where people actually want to come.
What will you be doing? Keep the Copenhagen office tidy, well-stocked, and functioning well — from supplies and deliveries to minor maintenance
Prepare welcome packages and support new employees during their first days, so they feel at home from day one
Assist with meetings, events, and everything else the day brings — no two days are the same
Be the first face people encounter when they walk in, and the reason the office feels like a fantastic place to be
What are we looking for in you? Experience from service, hotel, or office environments — you know what it takes to keep things running behind the scenes
Proactive and organized, with a calm head when tasks pile up
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your area
A "can-do" attitude and the kind of positive energy that makes a difference to the people around you
Confident in communication in English, our daily business language
Some practical details: this is a fixed-term position for 1 year, with a workload of approximately 22–32 hours per week, typically 8 am–4 pm on weekdays. The hourly wage is 150 kr. We are hiring an Office Ambassador, with a desired start as soon as possible.
