Tour Manager/Vagharshapat (Echmiadzin)

As a Tour Manager , you will work at the Luna Tour office in Vagharshapat (Echmiadzin). 

Your main objective will be to understand customers’ needs and preferences, present suitable travel offers, and guide them through the process until the booking is confirmed.

Identify customers’ needs and preferences.

Provide consultations on tours, hotels, flight tickets, and other travel services.

Prepare and present offers tailored to customers’ requirements.

Clearly explain the terms, prices, and included services of travel packages.

Monitor the progress of bookings and orders.

Maintain follow-up communication with customers and guide them throughout the sales process.

Record inquiries, bookings, and customer information in the relevant systems.

Ensure a high standard of customer service.

Previous work experience in the tourism industry is required.

Knowledge of travel services and booking processes.

Good command of Armenian, Russian, and English for both written and verbal communication.

Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills.

Sales and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Good computer skills.

Office-based position.
