Operations & Content Executive – Taiwan Market (Mandarin / 中文)
Luna Park Media is opening its Taiwan market and is looking for a Mandarin-literate Operations & Content Executive to run it from our Batam office. You will handle both sides of the market: running client campaigns to our database and writing website content for readers in Taiwan.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and handle clients who want to promote their campaigns to our database, together with our Taiwan sales team.
- Run client campaigns through email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Monitor campaign results every day, and try a different approach when a campaign falls short of its target.
- Write website content for readers in Taiwan.
- Work with managers and colleagues from several countries, who give direct and straightforward feedback.
Qualifications
- Indonesian citizen.
- Able to read and write Mandarin, at least in simplified characters (简体字). Traditional characters are not required.
- Good written and spoken English, as you will work directly with our regional management.
- Willing to work on-site at our Batam office.
- Candidates based in Batam, the Riau Islands, or Medan are preferred.
- Having studied in Taiwan is a plus.
- Fresh graduates and candidates without a digital marketing background are welcome to apply, as we provide full training.
