dental treatment coordinator

We are a general dental practice in Richmond Hill. We offer an arrary of dental services such general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and specialized dental services with a high quality of care in a friendly environment to build long lasting relationship with our patient. We are seeking for an experienced *patient/treatment coordinator* to join our team.

As a treatment coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing daily interactions with patients and treatment providers. Schedule patients for efficient use of doctor and staff time; maintain appointment calendar. Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism and exceptional customer service. Maintain a professional reception area. Providing patient with treatment estimates, and tracking outstanding treatments. Obtaining insurance coverages and explaining treatments to patients.

Pervious dental experience in dental administration and reception is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
