LUMIQ is awealth management technology platform serving family offices, banks andinstitutional wealth managers. We're looking for a Business Project Manager tosit at the centre of our investments, product and commercial work.

This is abroad, hands-on role. You'll own the operational rhythm that keeps our platformaccurate, support institutional portfolio mandates, and take a real role inwinning and keeping clients. It suits someone who's happy moving from aninvestments discussion to a data check to a client call in the same day.

What you'll do

  • Support model portfoliomandates for institutional clients, including construction, rebalancing input,monthly performance reporting and client review calls
  • Conduct market and equityresearch: screen funds, managers and single names, track sector and macrodevelopments, and produce written views for internal and client discussions
  • Run our monthly market dataupdate cycle: prepare the inputs, coordinate with the data team, and validatethe numbers before anything goes live
  • Load new funds, benchmarks andindices onto the platform, including client-specific classification work
  • Set up and manage clientaccounts, and handle onboarding for new users
  • Test platform calculations andinvestigate reported issues with our engineering team
  • Reach out to prospectiveclients, run platform demos, and convert new business
  • Build and maintainrelationships with existing clients as their day-to-day point of contact
  • Revisit dormant leads and keepour pipeline and CRM in good order
  • Help prepare client-facingmaterial, including our monthly family office calls, and manage our website andLinkedIn presence
  • Contribute to new dashboard andproduct ideas we're prototyping

What we're looking for

  • Graduates or one with 1- 2 years' experience in investment operations,wealth management, asset management or fintech
  • Degree in finance, economics,business or a quantitative subject
  • Solid grasp of investmentbasics: asset allocation, benchmarks, portfolio performance and returns
  • Able to research funds andmarkets independently and write up a clear, defensible view
  • Strong Excel skills, andconfidence checking and reconciling large data files
  • Comfortable in front ofclients: presenting, demoing, holding a commercial conversation
  • Genuine attention to detail.Our data reaches live client accounts, so accuracy matters
  • Able to juggle severalworkstreams and chase external parties for what you need

Nice to have: experience with SaaS orplatform operations, CRM systems, website or social content, or an interest inAI-assisted tooling.
