LUMINOX GLOBAL is an international education, travel and visa consulting company. We support individuals and organisations with study abroad admissions, visa application guidance, travel documentation and examination preparation.

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service and Business Development Intern to support client communication, lead generation and business growth. This paid internship offers practical experience in customer service, sales and business development, with mentorship and opportunities for professional development. Key Responsibilities

Respond to client enquiries through telephone calls, email, WhatsApp and social media in a timely and professional manner. Explain the company's services clearly, respond to questions and follow up on enquiries. Research and identify potential individual and organisational clients, including schools, businesses and associations. Support the implementation of existing lead generation and client acquisition strategies. Recommend practical ideas for reaching prospective clients and expanding the customer base. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, prospects and client interactions in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system. Support client outreach, partnership discussions, events and occasional field visits where applicable. Prepare basic reports on enquiries, lead sources, follow-up activities and conversions. Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service and business development. Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1). Strong written and verbal communication skills. A professional and approachable manner when interacting with clients. Good research, organisation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Confidence using social media and digital communication tools for business purposes. Ability to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines and work collaboratively. Interest in customer service, sales and business development. Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
