Patient Care Officer

We are looking for a Patient Care Officer to join our dental clinic team and be the friendly first point of contact for our patients. What You’ll Do Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude Manage appointments, patient enquiries, calls and messages Handle patient registration, payments and basic administrative duties Coordinate patient flow and support smooth daily clinic operations Follow up on appointments and treatment-related matters when required Work closely with dentists and dental assistants to deliver a positive patient experience What We’re Looking For Good communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient and service-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment Good organisational and administrative skills Comfortable using computers and clinic systems Healthcare, dental, customer service or front-desk experience is an advantage Training will be provided for candidates without prior dental experience Willing to work rostered shifts, including evenings and weekends If you enjoy working with people and take pride in providing excellent patient service, we’d love to hear from you!
