Profile: OT Cybersecurity Specialist (ICS/SCADA)

Required: 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 focused on OT, ICS, or critical infrastructure.

Experience in:

• Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA environments, and Operational Technology (OT) networks.
• Risk management and implementation/maintenance of security controls.
• OT cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Compliance with standards (such as IEC 62443 and NIST).
• Collaboration with engineering and operations teams in industrial environments.

Skills:

• Change management.
• Leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making.
• Effective communication and innovation.
• Problem-solving.

English: Intermediate

Desirable: Certifications:

• ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert (or related ISA certifications).
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert.
• From vendors such as Palo Alto, Claroty, TXOne, BeyondTrust, or equivalents.
