Profile: Technical Lead with React and .NET/Python

Required:

• 3+ years of experience as a technical lead of development teams.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development with .NET and/or Python.
• 2+ years of experience in frontend development with React.
• Experience in technical leadership:
• Technical coordination and follow-up of development teams.
• Decision-making regarding architecture, standards, and deliveries.
• Management under agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and progress reporting.
• Implementation of guidelines and best practices for architecture, development, and quality.
• Experience in development and architecture:
• Design, development, and maintenance of fullstack solutions and enterprise APIs.
• Design of scalable architectures (patterns, events, API First).
• Application of Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Knowledge of:
• Frontend: React 18/19, TypeScript, global state, forms, performance.
• Backend: .NET (ideally 8+) or Python, REST APIs, security, and observability.
• DevOps: Git, PRs, CI/CD, Azure DevOps/JIRA.
• Skills:
• Clear communication with technical, functional, and executive profiles.
• Technical mentoring and resolution of complex blockers.
• Intermediate-advanced English.
