Profile: Specialist in Identity and Access Management (IAM) - and Access (IAM) - SailPoint.

Required:

3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Experience in:
• SailPoint implementations (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud).
• Integration of IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) platforms with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.

• Solid knowledge in:
• Identity lifecycle management.
• Access governance.
• RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
• Provisioning connectors.

• Familiarity with security and compliance standards (such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST).

• Skills:
• Stakeholder management, project leadership, and effective communication.
• Problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Leading cross-functional teams and collaborative work.
• Adaptability and a proactive, results-oriented approach.

• English: Advanced (B2/C1) - for global-level collaboration and documentation.
