Profile: Change Management Consultant Intermediate Level

Required:

• Professional with studies in business administration, organizational psychology, or similar.
• +2 years of proven experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Experience in:

• Implementation of change management strategies and plans.
• Development of change communication plans and materials.
• Monitoring and tracking the progress of change initiatives.
• Identification of risks in change initiatives.
• Evaluation of change management strategy effectiveness.

Skills:

• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Problem solving.
• Proactivity and decision making.
• Creativity and Innovation.
• Advanced English.

Desirable:

• Experience in Project Management.
