Our client, a reputable international law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Corporate practice. This role offers exposure to complex cross-border transactions and fund structures, providing an excellent platform for professional growth within a dynamic practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers with the preparation, review, and management of transaction documents.
- Assist on ACRA searches and filings and conducting legal research and benchmarking exercises
- Support due diligence processes and maintain transaction checklists, corporate approvals and other ancillary documents.
- Liaise with clients, counterparties, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage filing, document organization, and database maintenance.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior paralegal experience, ideally within corporate, investment funds, or banking & finance practices.
- Strong research, drafting, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
