As part of a replacement, Lumibird is looking for an ASSISTANT TREASURER (M/F) on a 7-month CDD contract for its Rennes (35) site. Do you wish to hold a position of responsibility within the Treasury department of an international ETI? Do not hesitate any longer, join us!

Your missions and activities will be as follows:

Missions:

  • Manage daily treasury
  • Optimize the group's liquidity
  • Manage receipts and payments
  • Prepare and report short-term cash flow forecasts

Activities / Tasks:

Daily treasury management:

  • Manage payments for Lumibird and group companies, perform daily balancing of bank accounts including necessary foreign exchange operations
  • Ensure the group's banking relationship (Opening and Closing of accounts/Bank Powers/Control of bank fees and commissions/KYC etc.)
  • Manage the TMS (Kyriba): ensure the proper functioning of Kyriba and connectivity with banks
  • Ensure the monitoring of the cash pool, management of current accounts, and debt

Internal and external relations:

  • Relations with accounting, consolidation, purchasing department, sales administration department, HR
  • Ensure relations with banks alongside the DAF and the Treasury Manager
  • Perform collection tasks (customer reminders, monitoring the aging balance, internal meetings)

Profile:

With a degree of Bac +2/3 to Bac+5 in accounting, finance, or business management, you ideally have professional experience within industrial companies with an international dimension.

Required knowledge and skills:

  • Treasury / Cash management
  • IT skills: Kyriba, Office 365 including Mastery of Excel
  • Proficient in English (written, oral)
