TORRAS Singapore is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to manage our growing local inventory and support our e-commerce and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily stock receiving, storage and stock-out records
- Maintain accurate inventory records and SKU quantities
- Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and identify low-stock / out-of-stock items
- Coordinate inventory for TikTok Shop, Shopee and other sales channels
- Organise warehouse products by SKU and maintain proper labelling
- Process returned/exchanged products and update inventory accordingly
- Coordinate with the fulfilment team on daily order requirements
- Assist with incoming shipments and stock replenishment
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or PR preferred
- Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with inventory systems, Excel/Google Sheets
- Basic English communication skills required
- Mandarin is an advantage for communication with China HQ
- Previous inventory, warehouse or e-commerce experience is preferred
- Able to handle physical stock and warehouse-related duties
- Familiarity with Shopee/TikTok Shop operations is an advantage

随着 TORRAS 新加坡电商及线下业务持续发展，现招聘一名认真负责、细心且有条理的 库存及仓储专员 ，负责新加坡仓库的库存管理、出入库及库存数据维护。
岗位职责
- 负责每日商品入库、出库及库存登记
- 管理各 SKU 库存数量，确保系统库存与实际库存一致
- 定期进行库存盘点，及时发现并处理库存差异
- 监控库存水平，对低库存、缺货商品及时预警
- 协调 TikTok Shop、Shopee 及其他销售渠道库存
- 负责仓库商品分类、SKU 整理、标签及库位管理
- 管理客户退换货商品，并及时更新库存状态
- 与客服及履约人员配合，确保每日订单顺利完成
- 协助中国总部到货、收货、清点及补货工作
- 制作每日/每周库存报表
- 保持仓库整洁、有序，提高仓储及拣货效率
任职要求
- 新加坡公民或 PR 优先
- 工作认真、细心，有较强责任心
- 对数字及库存数量敏感
- 能够使用 Excel / Google Sheets 等基础办公软件
- 具备基本英文沟通能力；会中文优先，便于与中国总部沟通
- 有库存管理、仓储或电商相关经验者优先
- 能够完成日常货物整理、盘点等仓库工作
- 熟悉 Shopee / TikTok Shop 后台者优先
