The coming years are entirely dedicated to the Wet toekomst pensioenen (WTP), digitalization, and the further development of our software. Your role As a Tester, you are responsible for designing, executing, and improving testing activities within our software solutions and client implementations. You work closely with developers, modelleurs, consultants, Product Owners, and client teams to ensure that new functionalities meet functional requirements, laws and regulations, and client agreements. You are a specialist in the field of software quality, who identifies risks, analyzes findings, and ensures reliable deliveries.

What will you do? Designing and executing functional test scenarios and test cases.

Assessing user stories, requirements, and functional designs.

Executing regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Analyzing and documenting findings.

Testing results against functional requirements, legislation, and client agreements.

Supporting acceptance and client testing.

Intensively collaborating with developers, modelleurs, consultants, and client teams.

Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement within processes and software.

Contributing to the further professionalization of testing approaches, tooling, and automation.

Actively participating in Agile/Scrum teams.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a tester who has gained experience within a complex administrative or financial environment. You possess: At least 3 years of experience as a software tester.

Experience with functional testing and test design.

Experience with assessing requirements and user stories.

Experience within Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong analytical skills.

Good communication skills.

Excellent command of the Dutch language.

Good command of the English language.

Plus: ISTQB certification.

Experience with SQL.

Experience with XML.

Experience with API testing (Postman, SoapUI, or similar).

Knowledge of pension or insurance processes.

A salary between € 4,000 and € 5,750 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on knowledge, experience, and domain expertise.
