Field Service Technician (Laser Equipment)

Key Responsibilities Install, commission and test laser cutting and engraving machines. Perform servicing, preventive maintenance and repairs. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults at customer sites. Replace components and perform machine calibration. Provide basic operator training and technical support to customers. Prepare service reports and support workshop repairs when required. Travel to customer sites across Singapore. Requirements Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Automation or related fields. Experience with industrial machinery, CNC, automation or laser equipment is an advantage. Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel to customer sites. Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply. Training provided.
