ACA Referral Representative – Field Outreach Overview We are currently hiring motivated individuals and experienced field representatives to join our ACA (Affordable Care Act) Referral Program. Positions are available throughout Texas, with additional opportunities in other participating states. Applicants from all cities and regions of Texas are encouraged to apply. This is an in-person, field-based opportunity where you'll connect with individuals in your community, ask a few basic qualifying questions, and refer interested individuals to a licensed insurance agent who will assist them with their health coverage options and enrollment. No insurance sales or closing required. Your role is to identify potential customers and connect them with the appropriate licensed professionals. We welcome individual representatives as well as experienced team leaders with existing teams. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through door-to-door outreach, community events, and other in-person marketing activities. Ask approximately 5–6 basic qualifying questions to determine potential eligibility for a referral. Assist interested individuals with accessing the referral process using their own mobile devices. Connect qualified individuals directly with a live, licensed insurance agent who will verify their information and discuss available coverage options. Follow program guidelines and complete the required referral steps. Maintain professional and respectful communication with potential customers. Participate in required onboarding and training sessions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable approaching and speaking with people in person. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. Ability to follow instructions and program guidelines. Experience in Lifeline, ACP, ACA outreach, door-to-door marketing, or field sales is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. No previous ACA experience required; training is provided.
