Truth or Dare Rooftop Bar is a dynamic and stylish rooftop venue in Singapore, combining great food, creative drinks, music, and stunning city views. We are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests and are looking for enthusiastic Service Crew team members who share our passion for hospitality and excellent service.
Salary: $15/Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take down and serve food and beverage orders according to service standards accurately
- Recommend menu items and provide information about food and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining and service areas
- Set up and clear tables efficiently
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and enquiries professionally
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other service team members
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
- Support the team during busy periods, events, and peak operating hours
Requirements
- Aged 18 and above
- Min 1 - 2 years of part-time restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience required
- Positive attitude and strong customer-service mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Well-groomed, responsible, and reliable
- Team player with a willingness to learn
