Sales Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, confident and sales-driven Sales Associate to promote our beauty products and treatment packages while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products and treatments.
• Promote treatment packages, memberships, products and ongoing promotions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits and sales.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide product/treatment information.
• Assist with appointment bookings and basic store operations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming and professional sales environment.
• Work closely with the beauty team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in sales, retail, beauty, skincare or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interest in beauty and skincare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic and target-oriented.
• Willing to learn about beauty products, treatments and sales techniques.
• Singapore beauty/retail sales experience will be an advantage.
