Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional facial, skincare, and basic aesthetic treatments
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments
- Recommend appropriate skincare products based on customer needs
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
- Promote and upsell treatment packages, memberships, and retail products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
- Maintain accurate customer profiles and treatment records
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements
- Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology certification preferred
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of facial and skincare treatments
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
