Luma Restaurant is a cozy, locally inspired dining spot that brings together the warmth of Southern European culinary traditions with the rich flavors of Bali and its surrounding islands. Our menu features simple, rustic dishes made from fresh, local ingredients, offering guests an authentic and comforting dining experience. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team and help ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities.

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on all restaurant equipment, including kitchen appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems. This role involves diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues promptly, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and collaborating with other departments to ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for contributing to a well-run and welcoming space.

We are looking for a male candidate with an SMA/SMK education level who has between 3 and 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field. Candidates should be physically fit, able to work independently, and committed to delivering high-quality service. Experience with restaurant equipment is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our team.
