About the Role
Lulu Island Landscapes is looking for a reliable Landscape Labourer to join our team, working across Richmond, BC and the Lower Mainland. This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to build a career in the landscaping trade. No previous landscaping experience is required - we are happy to train the right person. If you are hardworking, dependable, and comfortable with physical labour, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Weed removal
- Hedge trimming
- Garden and property cleanups
- Mulch and soil installation
- Sod installation
- Moving landscaping materials
- Assisting with paver, hardscape, and other landscaping projects
- Loading and unloading tools and materials
- General labour as required
Requirements
- Must be available to work full-time
- Must have at least a valid BC Class 7 "N" driver's licence or higher
- Must currently be located in Canada
- Must already be legally authorized to work in Canada
- We are not offering LMIA, visa sponsorship, immigration sponsorship, or overseas relocation for this position
Previous landscaping experience is an asset but is not required - we are looking for someone dependable, willing to work outdoors, comfortable with physical labour, and willing to learn.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
