Engineer for Equipment Planning Projects (m/f/d) (Engineer - Electrical Engineering)
As an Engineer for Equipment Planning Projects, you are responsible for the following tasks:
- Taking over project management with responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality targets.
- Planning, procuring, and supervising test benches, equipment, and systems for the maintenance of aircraft.
- Ensuring the supervision, maintenance, and further development of our existing test benches and equipment.
- Developing and implementing concepts for manufacturing automation as well as commissioning the modernization of existing systems.
- Ensuring the establishment and maintenance of capability.
- Analyzing manufacturing methods and developing measures for quality and process improvement.
- Preparing approval templates and production key figures for economic efficiency calculations.
- Creating maintenance, repair, and training concepts to ensure system availability.

- Completed studies in the field of Electrical Engineering
- Vocational training in electrical engineering is desirable
- Knowledge in equipment planning is desirable
- Experience in the development of electrical/electronic systems
- Experience in the conception and creation of software solutions (especially LabVIEW, C++)
- Experience with data bus systems
- Very good English skills
- Very good IT skills
- Very good negotiation skills, assertiveness, and high decision-making power
- Clear oral and written expression
- Pronounced ability to lead and motivate project employees
- Ability to dispatch and plan workflows
- High sense of responsibility, pronounced initiative, very high flexibility
- Willingness to work domestically and abroad
