We are looking for you:
Advisor to the President (m/f/d)
at the Munich location
These are your tasks:
- Supporting the President in substantive and organizational matters
- Conceptual collaboration on university policy issues and on projects with partners from science, business, and society
- Preparation of central strategic documents, speeches, and statements
- Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of meetings of university bodies
- Planning, organization, and supervision of events for the university management
This is you:
- A successfully completed university degree, ideally with a doctorate
- Very good understanding of university and science policy structures, ideally with professional experience in science management or university administration
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Very good written expression and confidence in composing sophisticated texts
- High level of cooperation, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as a professional appearance when dealing with various interlocutors
- Loyalty, discretion, resilience, organizational talent, and temporal flexibility
- Very good English skills in speaking and writing
