We are looking for a proactive and experienced QA Engineer to join our team at Ludo Naira.

Key Responsibilities

Android App Testing: Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing on our Android gaming application to ensure high performance, stability, and user experience. Backend API Testing: Test, validate, and verify backend APIs and server-side logic to ensure seamless data integration between the mobile app and our servers. Automation Frameworks: Design, write, and execute automated test scripts for mobile and API layers to increase test coverage and efficiency. Bug Tracking & Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like Jira. Work closely with developers to resolve issues promptly. Regression & Performance Testing: Run regression suites before production releases and conduct performance/stress testing to simulate high-traffic gaming scenarios. Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, standups, and code reviews alongside the Android and backend engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance, specifically testing Android mobile applications. Mobile Automation: Proven experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium, Espresso, or UI Automator. API Testing: Proficient in testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, Insomnia, or automated libraries (e.g., RestAssured). Manual Testing Methodologies: Strong understanding of functional, non-functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. Tools & Databases: Familiarity with Git, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, and basic SQL/NoSQL knowledge for verifying backend data. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Industry Interest: A passion for mobile gaming or real-money gaming apps is a massive plus.
