Domestic Ingredient Procurement Supervisor

1. Procure and source various Ingredients to ensure high-quality products and on-time delivery according to the requirements of the Planning, Research and Development, Marketing, and other departments.
2. Source Ingredients from new suppliers to replace existing items or serve as backup supply sources, while simultaneously reducing procurement costs.
3. Collect data on high-value or high-volume products to enter into Auctions as an option for cost reduction.
4. Select new Suppliers whose products have passed testing by the Research and Development department and send required documents for Suppliers to complete before commencing orders.
5. Update new Suppliers into the AVL (Approved Vendor List) after document verification by the Research and Development and Technology and Systems departments.
6. Conduct Supplier evaluations every 6 months to measure performance and notify Suppliers of the results.

Qualifications: Age 18 years and above, gender unspecified Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in ingredient or raw material procurement will be specially considered Proficiency in computer programs (MS.Word, Excel, Power point, E-mail) Strong coordination and communication skills Ability to use SAP will be specially considered Ability to communicate and prepare documents in English at a good level
