Product development Supervisor

1. Oversee the development of both existing and new products to meet customer requirements.
2. Oversee product manufacturing on the production line to ensure compliance with specified standards.
3. Oversee the improvement of existing products to enhance properties, including cost reduction in alignment with company strategy.
4. Control and supervise assigned annual PI's performance to achieve set targets.
5. Coordinate closely with other departments, such as Purchasing, Production, etc., to ensure that surimi development meets product and process requirements.

Qualifications: Age 18 years and above, gender unspecified Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in R&D within the food factory sector will be specially considered Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, BRC, or others Possess analytical and systematic, efficient problem-solving skills Ability to link R&D work with market demands, industry trends, and the company's business goals Good communication and coordination skills Ability to use English
