Export Sales & Marketing (Zone America/Oceania/M-East)

• Manage and respond to inquiries from existing clients as well as new prospective customers, ensuring timely and accurate information.
• Develop new clients to expand the market, while maintaining close relationships with existing clients to promote company products and identify new opportunities, contributing to sales growth in line with targets.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered according to the terms of the sales contract. (Procurement, R&D, Planner, Production, Graphic, Export document, Technology & System)
• Monitor customer payments and L/Cs to ensure timely receipt before production or shipment, avoiding company risks.
• Prepare quotations in cooperation with the Finance team by requesting and updating cost structures quarterly, and review with the Supervisor/Manager for any quotation approval.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and yearly sales performance reports, along with market analysis in the assigned territory.
• Maintain and update databases, including price lists, customer profiles, and country-specific information.
• Provide Marketing Strategy, Marketing activity, and promotional plan as well as sales projection.
• Process all relevant sales documentation
• Provide after-sales service by cooperating with relevant departments to handle customer complaints, conduct investigations with QC and R&D teams, prepare reports, and deliver clear explanations to ensure customer understanding.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields. At least 2 years’ experience in international business of frozen seafood will be an advantage. Ability to travel for client meetings or trade exhibitions when required. Good command of spoken and written English. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Creative, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
