Kitchen Crew – Casual Dining Restaurant Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Location: Karekami (Orchard- Tangs) Reports To: Operation Manager Job Summary We are looking for a reliable kitchen crew to join our casual dining restaurant kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to our recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, safe and efficient kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and presentation standards.

Ensure all dishes are prepared consistently and served on time.

Keep workstations, kitchen equipment and cooking areas clean and organised.

Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.

Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service.

Assist with cleaning and closing duties as required.

Requirements Previous experience as a cook or kitchen crew is preferred.

Candidates without experience but with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.

Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.

Able to work weekends and public holidays.

Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety is an advantage.
