- Monitor the status of raw material and packaging preparation at the factory site to prevent production delays that affect the Loading Plan.
- Report production volumes to the management team and Sales team every beginning of the week, including preparing stock reports for each corn size to reconcile stock figures with the Accounting team at the end of every month.
- Check details on PO (Purchase Order) and sign for approval on documents received from the Marketing department.
- Prepare Stock packaging and report results to the Accounting team at the beginning of every month.
- Control and verify the accuracy of information on product labels (Inkjet / Labeling) together with the production team to ensure compliance with the import laws of each customer's country before container loading.
- Jointly define KPI guidelines with the team.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications: Female, Age 35 - 48 years old. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, English, or other related fields. At least 3–5 years of experience in export, logistics coordination, or Freight Forwarder. Business Level English skills for email correspondence and negotiation. Advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) for reporting. Ability to effectively act as a mediator connecting the Factory, Sales, Warehouse, Shipping, Shipping Lines, and international customers.
